Boundaries That Work is a course for people who handle everything on paper and are quietly exhausted underneath because they cannot say no. In it I show you how to set boundaries that do not sound like an excuse and that actually protect you, at work, in your family, and among friends. We go through ten lessons, from naming where it hurts most, through specific phrases you can borrow and use, to handling the other person's reaction the first time you say no. The course includes worksheets with examples from everyday situations and sentence templates you can adjust to fit your own life.
